Full house renovations · Cheadle & Greater Manchester
Full house renovations, one team from start to finish.
A renovation goes wrong when nobody is in charge of the order things happen in. We plan and run the whole job: strip-out, plumbing and electrics, plastering, kitchen, bathroom, floors, joinery and decorating. One team, one agreed price, and one person to call: Amir.

Strip-out to handover
Why one team works better than five
On a renovation the hard part isn't any single trade. It's the order: first-fix plumbing and electrics before the plaster, plaster before the floor, floor before the kitchen, and decorating last.
When trades are booked separately, each one waits for the last to finish, and you end up making the phone calls when something slips. When one team runs all of it, the work follows on day after day, and a problem found behind a wall gets sorted straight away instead of turning into an argument about whose job it is.
Our team includes kitchen fitters, joiners, plasterers, tilers, plumbers and electricians, with Amir pricing the job, planning it and keeping an eye on every stage. One customer who was away for most of their renovation says Amir sent video updates every day.
Everything under one roof
What a full renovation includes
Every house is different, but most renovations we take on cover these stages, in this order.
1. Strip-out & clearance
Old kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, loose plaster and fittings taken out and cleared, with the parts of the house you're living in protected.
2. First fix
New pipes and cables run where the new layout needs them, before the walls are closed up. Old lead pipes replaced while the floors are up.
3. Walls & ceilings
Plastering, skimming, dry lining and new stud walls, so every surface is flat and sound. Plastering
5. Floors & joinery
New floors, doors, skirting, architrave, panelling, wardrobes and storage. Carpentry
6. Decorating & handover
Painted throughout, cleaned, and a walk-round with you before we call it finished.
Before you start
Planning a renovation: what to think about first
A bit of planning at the start saves money and stress later. These are the things we talk through with every customer.
Living in, or moving out?
Plenty of people stay at home during a renovation. We plan the order of work so you keep a working bathroom and some kind of kitchen for as long as possible.
Order matters more than speed
Doing work in the right order costs less than doing it twice. That's why the plan is agreed before anything is ordered.
Allow for what's behind the walls
Older houses can hide old wiring, lead pipes or loose plaster. Keep a little money aside for what nobody can see until the walls are open.
Check what needs approval
Removing load-bearing walls, some electrical work and changes to drains can need building control approval. We'll tell you at the start if your plans do.

In our customers' words
"They handled everything"
They handled everything: lead pipe replacement, tiling, plastering, plumbing… the whole lot.
He also pointed out ways we could save money. 2 doors could be fixed instead of replaced, saving us over £100.
Within 7 days we had a fantastic new kitchen, not 7 weeks like everyone else was quoting.
Renovation questions
What people usually ask first
It depends on the size of the house, how much is changing, and the kitchen, bathroom and finishes you choose. Once Amir has seen the house and talked through what you want, you'll get one clear price for the whole job.
It depends on the size of the house and how much is changing. You'll get a timescale with the quote, and we'll tell you straight away if anything we find behind the walls changes it.
Often, yes. We plan the work room by room where we can, keep the mess down, and tell you in advance which days the water or power will be off.
Electrical work is organised as part of the job, from extra sockets and new lighting to rewiring, and it's planned in before the walls are plastered.
For a renovation, yes. Photos are a good start, but Amir needs to see the house to give you a price you can rely on. The visit and the quote are free.
