Bathroom fitting ยท Cheadle & Greater Manchester
Bathrooms and shower rooms, fitted by one team.
We take the old suite out, sort the pipes, walls and floor, then fit the new bathroom and finish it properly: shower, toilet, basin, vanity unit, wall panels or tiles, and the trims and seals that make it look right. One team, one agreed price, and Amir on the end of the phone throughout.

What we fit
A complete bathroom, not just a new suite
Most bathroom jobs are more than swapping a bath for a shower. The walls behind old tiles are rarely flat, the pipes are often in the wrong place for the new layout, and the floor may need levelling before anything goes down.
Because our team also does the plastering, tiling, flooring and joinery, all of that is part of the same job. You don't need a plumber, a tiler, a plasterer and a joiner each turning up on different days, and nobody leaves you with a half-finished room while you wait for the next trade.
We fit family bathrooms, en-suites, shower rooms and downstairs toilets in houses, flats and rental properties across Cheadle, Stockport, Manchester and the rest of Greater Manchester.
Everything in one price
What goes into a bathroom job
Whether it's a small shower room or a full family bathroom, these are the parts we take care of.
Strip-out & disposal
The old bath, shower, toilet, basin, tiles and flooring taken out and taken away, with the rest of the house protected while we work.
Plumbing
New supply and waste pipes where the layout needs them. Toilets, basins, taps, baths and showers connected, and radiators swapped for heated towel rails.
Showers
Shower trays, enclosures, walk-in screens and showers over the bath, with the walls and seals around them done properly.
Wall panels or tiles
Waterproof wall panels in marble-effect, stone-effect and plain finishes for a quick, grout-free wall, or tiles on the walls and floor.
Vanity units & storage
Vanity units, wall cabinets, mirrors and shelves, plus neat boxing-in to hide pipes and cisterns.
Floors, walls & ceiling
Floors levelled and laid, walls and ceilings plastered or skimmed, then painted, so the room is finished when we leave.
The part you don't see
A bathroom is only as good as what's behind the walls
Water is the enemy in every bathroom. Tiles and grout aren't waterproof on their own, and a slow leak behind a panel can go unnoticed for months. These are the things worth asking any bathroom fitter about, us included. Amir will talk you through how we'll handle each one at the measure-up.
Waterproofing round the shower
The walls and floor in the wet area need protecting before tiles or panels go on, so any water that gets through the grout has nowhere to go.
Sealed joints and edges
Panel joints, trims and the line where the tray meets the wall are where leaks usually start. They need sealing carefully, not a quick bead of silicone at the end.
A tray that drains
The shower tray has to sit level, fully supported so it doesn't flex, and drain to the waste, or water sits in the corners and finds its way out.
Somewhere for the steam to go
Without an extractor fan that actually works, you get mould on the ceiling and peeling paint within a year. Ventilation is planned in from the start.

Bathroom questions
What people usually ask first
It depends on the size of the room and how much is changing. Replacing a suite in the same layout is quicker than moving the toilet or turning a bath into a walk-in shower. You'll know the expected timescale before we start, and we'll tell you which days the water will be off.
Often, yes. It usually means a new shower tray, moving the waste and supply pipes, and waterproofing the walls. Whether it works depends on the size of the room and where the waste pipe can run, which Amir checks at the visit.
Both work well. Waterproof wall panels go up quickly, have no grout lines to clean, and come in marble-effect, stone-effect and plain finishes. Tiles give you more choice of size, colour and pattern. We fit both and can show you examples of each.
Either way works. You can choose and buy your own suite, or we can supply it. If you're buying your own, send us the list before you order and we'll check everything fits the room and the pipework.
Yes. Swapping a radiator for a heated towel rail, or moving it to suit the new layout, is a common part of a bathroom job.
Yes. Making good the walls and ceiling, skimming and painting are part of the job, so the room is finished when we leave, not waiting for another trade.
Yes. We work for homeowners, landlords and letting agents. For flats, tell us early if the building has rules about working hours or noise, and we'll plan around them. Work for landlords

Send Amir a few photos on WhatsApp: the whole room from the door, the shower or bath, and the toilet and basin. That's enough to start.
