For landlords & letting agents

Refurbishments and repairs for rental properties.

An empty property costs money every week. We refurbish and repair rental homes between tenancies, from a new kitchen or bathroom to plastering, flooring, doors and making good, with one point of contact and photos so you can see the work without visiting.

One call instead of five trades

Ready for the next tenant, without the chasing

Kitchens, bathrooms, plastering, plumbing, tiling, flooring and joinery are all done by one team, so a refurbishment doesn't stall while you wait for the next trade.

Amir prices the job, plans it and keeps you updated. If you're not near the property, he can send photos and videos as the work goes on and when it's finished, so you can check it before the next tenant moves in.

We'll also tell you honestly when something can be repaired rather than replaced. On a rental, a sound kitchen with new doors and worktops, or a bathroom with new panels and a new toilet, is often all it needs to let well again.

What we do

Work we do on rental properties

Kitchen replacements & refreshes

Full refits, or new doors, worktops and sinks on units that are still sound. Kitchens

Bathroom refits

New suites, showers, wall panels and flooring, built to stand up to everyday use. Bathrooms

Plastering & painting

Damaged walls and ceilings repaired and skimmed, then painted ready for photos and viewings.

Flooring

Hard-wearing laminate and vinyl through kitchens, bathrooms and hallways.

Doors & repairs

Doors rehung or replaced, skirting, handles, cupboards and the repairs on a check-out list.

Water damage

Leaks traced and fixed, swollen cabinets rebuilt, and damaged walls and ceilings put right.

Working with agents

Photos for your records

Photos and videos of the work as it goes, for your file and for the landlord.

A clear price first

One clear price agreed before work starts, ready to pass to the landlord for approval.

  5. Handover

Finished photos, keys back and the property ready to let.
