How we use your details
The short version: we use what you send us to reply about your job, and nothing else.
Who we are
MCR Smart Decorators & Building Services is the trading name of Amirhossein Moazzami, a sole trader based in Bury, Greater Manchester. He is responsible for the personal information described here. Phone: 07450 260915.
What we collect
If you fill in our enquiry form, we receive your name, phone number, postcode, the type of job, your message and, if you give it, your email address. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we receive whatever you choose to send, including photos of your property.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out and invoice the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and then performing that contract.
Who else sees it
- The enquiry form is delivered by Formspree, which passes your message to us by email. Formspree may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
- Our website is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
We never sell your details or use them for marketing lists.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 12 months. For jobs we carry out, we keep records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting, normally six years.

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
